Rhay Toledo is a registered Mechanical Engineer, AMPP Senior Certified Coating Inspector - Level 3 & FROSIO Level III Certified Coating Inspector, with 30+ years of field, inspection, testing, training, and management experience in the Marine & Protective Coating (Oil & Gas / Infrastructure / Offshore / Power / others). He is AMPP CIP1&2 and Corrodere Lead Instructor. His Exposure includes maintenance, conversion and new construction of marine, onshore and offshore projects.
This session features technical presentations on advancements in coating and lining technologies (including thermal and cold spray coatings), inspection and testing methodologies, and various coating failures across different substrates, structures, and industries.
